Outpatient Services

Outpatient Services address mild to moderate levels of illness and support sustainable recovery for individuals who have experienced severe or chronic illness. Our compassionate therapists use a broad range of evidence-based treatments that are effective in the recovery process.

Psychiatric Services Meridian psychiatric services assist those for whom medication and coordinated care are critical to symptom relief and greater functioning.
Counseling Adult Outpatient Counseling provides services to adults with behavioral or emotional problems, or a longer term mental illness, which is affecting the ability to function effectively.
Group Therapy Much of our clinical work takes place using Group Therapy.
Care Coordination Care Coordination is available to adults and children with serious mental illness whose needs include coordination of care relating to health and social services.
Residential Services Individuals whose lives have been disrupted by a serious mental illness or addiction may need additional support to effectively resume independent living.
Homeless Recovery Services The Homeless Recovery Services Team works with clients who have experienced homelessness due to mental illness and/or substance use disorder.
The Project for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) The PATH program provides support services for individuals who have a serious mental illness and/or substance use disorder, and are homeless, or at imminent risk of becoming homeless.
Supported Employment Services Supported Employment Services are designed to help clients transition to work as part of a coordinated rehabilitative program.
Medication-Assisted Treatment Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) services are led by Board Certified Addiction Medicine physicians to provide medication-assisted treatment and group, individual, and family therapy for those addicted to opioids, such as pain killers and heroin.
Child & Family Services Meridian’s Family Center offers evaluation and evidence based treatments for childhood depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, and trauma-related behavioral problems in our clinic, at home or at school.
Primary Care Clinic Research shows that when physical and mental health are treated at the same time, clients experience a better outcome.
Diversion and Recovery The Meridian Forensic Team is a multidisciplinary, multi-agency group of professionals whose primary goal is to prevent and divert potential participants from involvement with the criminal justice system, extensive incarcerations and/or commitment to forensic state hospitals.
