Veteran Services
Meridian partners with Veterans Administration (VA) to offer assistance to veterans and their families who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness through our Supportive Services for Veterans Families (SSVF) program.
Housing
Meridian’s outreach and prevention efforts seek to meet people where they are by identifying those in the community needing treatment and to engage them in appropriate services in order to prevent deterioration or the need for more intensive care.
Outreach & Prevention Services
Prevention aims to address risk factors for mental illness or substance use or to prevent worsening of illness in the early phases. Prevention also includes educating the community on mental health through our Mental Health First Aid education program.
Sponsored Services and Entities
Sponsored Services and Entities provide additional support – such as housing or supervision – to those affected by mental illnesses or substance use disorders. These entities may also provide administrative support and/or other services to Meridian. Learn more about our Sponsored Services and Entities.
