Chief Human Resources OfficerKevin Clarke, Ed.D, is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Meridian, a position he assumed in 2024. With over 23 years of experience in human resources across the higher education and healthcare sectors, Kevin brings a wealth of expertise to his role. He earned his BS in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, beginning his career in retail management before transitioning to banking, where he reached the position of Vice President at Bank of America.
Human resources became Kevin’s focus at the University of Florida, where he worked in the Employee & Labor Relations department, managing employee relations across nine colleges and administrative units. During this time, Kevin earned a Master’s in Educational Leadership and a Doctorate in Higher Education Administration/Human Resources from the University of Florida. His dedication and skill led to his promotion as Director of Human Resources for the College of Medicine at the University of Florida.
At Meridian, Kevin is dedicated to fostering win-win relationships while building a human resources office that serves as a strategic partner to the organization. His focus is on driving efficiencies, effectiveness, and continuous improvement in systems and processes to help propel Meridian’s success.
