Senior Vice President / Organizational ExcellenceMichelle is a behavioral healthcare executive with more than 15 years of experience advancing quality, compliance, risk management, and organizational performance. She earned her BS in Psychology from the University of Florida and her MS in Psychology from Regent University.
Beginning her career in direct service, Michelle developed a deep understanding of care delivery that continues to inform her leadership approach. Since transitioning into leadership in 2016, she has led system-wide initiatives focused on quality improvement, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and performance enhancement.
Michelle believes that excellence is intentional and that well-designed systems enable teams to deliver ethical, compassionate, and transformative care. She was recognized with Meridian’s Supervisor of the Year Award in 2022 and Leadership Award in 2024.
Today, she oversees Health Information Management, Facilities, Food Services, Quality Improvement, and Performance and Risk Management, supporting the systems and environments that empower life-changing care.
