Team Michelle Lisk

Senior Vice President / Organizational Excellence
Michelle has built her career around the principles that excellence is intentional and that high-quality care is achieved through thoughtfully designed, consistently applied systems. She joined Meridian after earning a BS in Psychology from University of Florida, later earning her MS in Psychology from Regent University, and brings over 15 years of experience in behavioral healthcare shaped by perspectives from both direct care and executive leadership.

Her professional journey began in direct service, shaping her understanding of the complexity of care delivery and the critical role of supportive infrastructure. This foundation informed her transition into organizational leadership in 2016, where she has since led system‑wide initiatives and advancements focused on quality assurance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and sustained performance enhancement.

Michelle’s leadership philosophy emphasizes clarity, accountability, and continuous quality improvement. She believes clear expectations and well-designed processes enable teams to focus on what matters most: delivering ethical, compassionate, and reliable, transformative care. Her leadership has been recognized with Meridian’s Supervisor of the Year Award in 2022 and the Leadership Award in 2024.

Today, Michelle leads multiple administrative and operational departments across Meridian, including Health Information Management, Facilities, Food Services, Quality Improvement, Performance and Risk Management. Her work centers on cultivating accessible, coordinated systems and environments that promote operational excellence, enhance the overall experience for clients, staff, and visitors, and empower life-changing care.
